- Aetos has surrendered its UK FCA license and will now operate from its Australia and Mauritius-based regulated entities.
Aetos Capital Group (UK) Limited, the UK arm of global FX and CFDs brokerage Aetos, has officially given up its Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) license.
The firm had held the license since 2016 but has seen limited activity in the UK market in recent years. According to recent filings, Aetos UK generated just £479,000 in revenue in 2024.
The group will now operate through its Australia-based subsidiary, Aetos Capital Group Pty Ltd, which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Additionally, operations will also continue through its offshore entity in Mauritius, Aetos Markets (M) Ltd.
