Alpha Group International plc has announced the appointment of Nicole Coll as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from March 17.
With over 25 years of global financial services experience, Ms. Nicole Coll brings a wealth of expertise to the company.
She has held senior roles, including CFO of a UK bank and Chief Financial Accountant at the Bank of England.
Nicole currently holds several prominent Non-Executive Director positions and will also take on the role of Chair of Alpha Group’s Audit Committee, succeeding Vijay Thakrar, who remains Remuneration Committee Chair.
