  • Capital.com received approval from Kenya’s Capital Markets Authority, enabling regulated online forex brokerage services, client onboarding, execution, and support nationwide.

Capital.com has received regulatory approval to operate in Kenya after being granted a license by the Capital Markets Authority.

Issued under license number 244, the authorization allows the global trading platform to function as a Dealing Online Foreign Exchange Broker, offering regulated forex and trading services to Kenyan clients.

To oversee its Kenyan expansion, Capital.com has appointed Samwel Kiraka as Chief Executive Officer for Kenya.

Samwel Kiraka brings deep local market experience, having previously served as Managing Director at Equiti Group’s Kenyan arm, EGM Securities.
