- CPT Markets’ UAE subsidiary secures Category Five license from SCA, allowing Introduction and Promotion activities to expand its regional presence.
CPT Markets has announced that its UAE subsidiary, CPT MENA Financial Services LLC, has been granted an Arrangement and Advice (Category Five) license by the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
This license enables the firm to conduct Introduction and Promotion activities in the region. CPT Markets, formerly known as Citypoint Trading, is led by UAE-based entrepreneur Zhijian Wang.
The company operates globally, with FCA-regulated CPT Markets UK, a licensed South African entity, and an offshore division in Belize.
