The initiative includes an official warning, an Investor Guide, and social media posts to raise public awareness. CySEC warned that individuals providing financial advice through social media may be violating EU Market Abuse Regulation, urging investors to be cautious.

Chairman Dr. George Theocharidis emphasized the risks posed by misleading information from unauthorized advisers, stressing the need for critical evaluation of online financial content.
