Doo Group has made another strategic move in its global expansion by acquiring PT Prima Tangguharta Futures, a Jakarta-based broker established in 2004.
This deal includes a license from Indonesia’s financial regulator, Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (BAPPEBTI).
The firm plans to rebrand the entity as PT Doo Financial Futures, with its website transitioning from ptf.co.id to id.doofinancial.com once final approvals are secured.
This acquisition follows Doo Group’s rapid global growth, including obtaining a CySEC license for the EU CFDs market, an MAS-CMS license in Singapore, and a Type 1 license in Hong Kong earlier this year.
