Dukascopy has announced a key update to its payment infrastructure, selecting Banking Circle as the new intermediary bank for processing transfers in AUD, CAD, CHF, GBP, and JPY.
Clients will now find updated payment instructions for these currencies in their personal account areas under the “Bank Transfer Instructions” section.
Dukascopy has urged all users to update their payment details and notify any involved counterparties. The bank also warned that transfers using outdated instructions will be rejected and funds returned to the sender.
