- eToro COO Hedva Ber plans to sell $4 million in shares after the lockup expiry, marking the first executive sale post-IPO.
eToro Global COO and Deputy CEO, Hedva Ber, is preparing to sell approximately $4 million worth of company shares, making her the first senior executive to act after the expiration of eToro’s 180-day post-IPO lockup period.
With the May 2025 IPO restrictions now lifted, senior leadership is allowed to convert part of their equity into cash, and additional transactions from other executives are expected soon.
According to the filing, Hedva Ber will sell 94,000 shares granted through eToro’s Employee Stock Option Plan, including 16,000 awarded in 2021 and 78,000 in 2023.
