IC Markets, currently licensed in various global jurisdictions, has plans to pursue regulatory approval in the UAE, with potential licenses from either Dubai DIFC or the UAE’s SCA.
The company, which has recently shifted its global operations towards Dubai, is led by CEO Andrew Budzinski, who relocated from Cyprus.
Jason Hughes previously held leadership roles at Exinity, ADSS, and CMC Markets, bringing a wealth of expertise to his new role at IC Markets.
