INFINOX has been acquired by an investor group headed by Marc Joppeck, a highly experienced executive in the financial sector.

Marc Joppeck has held prominent roles at StoneX, overseeing corporate and payments divisions across Europe. His career also includes over a decade at Deutsche Bank in leadership positions, such as Head of Capital Market Sales.

The acquisition, finalized in July following regulatory approvals, marks a new chapter for INFINOX, which was previously owned by Xueniu Zhang.

In line with this transition, the company has made significant leadership changes, including the appointment of Jay Mawji as CEO and Daniel Skowronski, former CEO at Alpari and OANDA, as Group Executive Director.
