- M4Markets acquires ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, rebranding it as Harindale Ltd to strengthen its European market presence.
M4Markets has expanded its operations by acquiring ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, the operating company of Axiance, and its Cyprus financial license.
Following the acquisition, ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd has been renamed Harindale Ltd, now functioning under the M4Markets Group to serve European clients.
Visitors to Axiance’s European website are now redirected to M4Markets’ platform. The new entity, Harindale Ltd, operates under the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) License Number 301/16, issued by the Cyprus Securities and Investment Commission (CySEC).
Previously, Axiance held financial licenses from CySEC, the Mauritius Financial Services Authority (FSA), and the Seychelles FSA. However, with this transition, Axiance is now regulated solely by the Seychelles FSA and no longer caters to European traders.
