Onyx Markets has confirmed it will go live in January 2025, allowing clients to trade in foreign exchange (FX), indices, and commodities.
The company, operated by Onyx Capital—a key player in the oil derivatives trading and brokerage industry—plans to offer trading through the popular MetaTrader 5 platform.
Initially announced as a retail offering in the summer, Onyx has since built a strong team, hiring executives from industry leaders like IG Group, CMC Markets, and SpreadCo.
Recently, Tom Fawcett, formerly of IG Group, was appointed as Head of Dealing, strengthening the company’s leadership.
