Skilling Group, a prominent Forex and CFD broker, announced the departure of its CEO, Michael Kamerman, concluding his four-year leadership. Concurrently, the company welcomed George Kyriakoudes as the new chief financial officer (CFO).
Kamerman, after serving in various roles at FXCM for over 15 years, brought his considerable experience to Skilling when he became CEO in 2020.
Kamerman’s leadership at Skilling was marked by significant achievements, including the launch of the Metatrader 4 platform, securing regulatory licenses in Seychelles, and obtaining authorization from the UK’s FCA.
Under his guidance, Skilling forged key partnerships with entities like the Aston Villa football club and chess grandmaster Magnus Carlsen, signaling the end of a transformative chapter for the company.
Skilling, regulated by CySEC in Cyprus initially launched its services in Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the UK, and has since expanded across the European Union.
