StoneX Group has completed the acquisition of Paris-based fixed income brokerage Octo Finances in its bid to strengthen its delivery in the European market.
The acquisition will enhance StoneX capabilities in bond and convertible sales, debt capital markets, and credit research, broadening the range of services available to European clients.
Octo Finances, founded in 1991, specializes in bond trading and credit research and will help deepen StoneX fixed-income division.
