Leading multi-asset broker VT Markets has strengthened its Middle Eastern sales team with the appointment of Ahmad Qutaishat as Head of Sales. According to sources, Ahmad will be based out of Dubai as he takes up his new role.
His hiring comes shortly after VT Markets brought Styliana Charalambous on board as Market Analyst for EMEA last November. Ahmad joins from pioneering fintech firm Equiti where he spent over five years, most recently as Vice President of Sales.
It’s understood Ahmad played a key role in significantly expanding Equiti’s client network across the Middle East and Africa region during his tenure. In a statement, Ahmad said VT Markets was the right fit given its robust regulatory compliance and cutting-edge platform, combined with a best-in-class product suite.
The appointment underlines VT Markets’ commitment to strengthening its regional footprint and serving Middle Eastern traders with the support of experienced leadership.
