Employees at the online trading brokerage Exness were surprised to learn that Chief Customer Officer Damian Bunce has announced plans to leave the firm at month’s end. Bunce joined Exness three years ago and contributed immensely during a period of incredible expansion for the company.

However, industry sources reveal that Bunce’s decision to leave his leadership position was also influenced by a personal move back to London from Cyprus. After over two decades in the financial sector working at notable institutions, he feels the time is right for a new professional challenge.

During his tenure, Bunce started as Chief Trading Officer and became CCO, playing a central role in expanding Exness’ global clientele. He helped strengthen risk management processes for retail and institutional traders. Bunce also made valuable contributions overseeing marketing and brand development.

In a LinkedIn post, Bunce expressed gratitude towards his colleagues for their support during a growth phase that ranks among the most successful of his career.

He reminisced fondly about key milestones and learning experiences gained at Exness. The company is now well-positioned to continue its success under a new direction. Bunce moves on, leaving behind a strong legacy of leadership.
