Spain’s financial regulator, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), has significantly expanded its investor warning list, adding dozens of international financial entities suspected of operating without proper authorization. The CNMV urges investors to exercise extreme caution before engaging with any of the listed firms.

The CNMV’s updated list includes entities allegedly supervised by regulators in various countries, including:
